Petrol tank – Overflow pipe query – GV125 Carby

Hi on the gv125 aquila there is a pipe on the right underneath where does this pipe go too I thought it went to the fuel tap but there isn’t a connection for it  so canary one give me  some advice about it thanks

If it’s a small bore pipe that connects under the fuel tank then it’s the drain from the cap & it just goes down to the ground
