No start Hyosung gv650 2006 carburetor model

Bike Model = : Hyosung gv650 2006 carburetor model
I have a hyosung gv650 2006 carburetor model I bought it as a none runner it has been sat doing nothing for a number of years
Restored the bike it started and ran but the exhaust was alot of oil due to the bike being on its side when the bike was running alot of smoke due to this so took all baffles/silencer out also disconnected side stand switch
At this point the bike still started but alot of back firing checked timing was OK checked plugs coils ect spark plug low/weak spark so decided to change the following parts
2 coils, stator, rectifier/regulator, plugs, solanoid also picked up a front safety bar
Changed all parts but now it won’t start checked plugs and no part until key is turned off then it sparks
The front safety bar needed modification done that and welded it on but forgot to disconnect battery but the bike was already not running and with no spark on plug until I switch off
It’s as if its on a delayed reaction
Any ideas what the issue can be -
