My head light low bean not working and how to repair

Bike Model = : Gtr250 2017 EFI
My hyosung gtr250 have some issue with the low beam it doesnt turn on the high beam seams to be working fine but the low bean on works only when i turn the handle bar to the right … Is it a wiring fault doesnt any body knows where the wiring is …and its fixes .. And my speedometer shows only the number 0 and FI in the speedo meter .. If any idea your knowledge will be highly appreciatedAvituo
