We are on AUGUST 23!!!!

I haven’t received my package because THEY SENT it with missing information or no document. So Brazilian Customs has denied the package entering my country

After this, I’m asking for a refund or to resend the fuel pump with all the documentation needed, BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO IT

I’ve bought some small parts before and it was totally OK. No issues, but buying the fuel pump it happened. I’ve lost around 900 BRL (almost a salary here)

I would not buy from places like that , and including their other sites  = Hint, they all have the same “design” page ,  hundreds have been scammed before and sometimes they just send the wrong things ,  there is a reason i will never do business with them and i go straight to the source   (the actual importers of the bikes here in UK)  that is sinnis / motogb.

I received without any issues, but buying the fuel pump, that is a expensive part, I got this situation =/
