Can you elaborate on what it is actually doing from the moment you turn it on ? and how much of a mood is it in while riding before it gives up ? So i can point out what the issues might be. Even information on how it idles on stand still ?
What colour are the spark plugs ? are the CR8E or some other code name etc..
Did the coils change? (rear one fails commonly, so do a swap test)
Does it have black HT caps ? (get rid of them and use NGK ones!) – Nothing but trouble those thingsYour ECU is discontinued, it’s the early type (circa 2017-2018) , before they all changed to the updated delphi units including all wiring harnesses changed (not backwards compatible) and most sensors changed. The fact that it runs (even starts the bike) means not all hope is lost on that unit. So i would address it as last item to worry about

Hey sorry for it I take a walk last night
I went back to patrol shop with electrical cleaning the bike started now but work weird
So then the bike has lost a lot of power in the last few months,
plus it turns off when driving sometimes
so I took as much info from the website
such as cleaning the TPS sensors and the air sensor , caps injection coils ecc ecc
So problem stil there still not sure about the ECU ๐ฌ

Video sounds good. I hate to say it , Historically Hyosungs since 2000 have always hated pod filter setups , so maybe start by putting the original airbox back and original filter?
Also if there is too many changes to the air system = ECU will not adjust completely as Hyosung themselves set the ECU to expect to run efficiently on its OEM parts including the injectors (i am currently studying upgrade options to the injectors so that they output a little more fuel to stop the bike leaning out on full throttle)
I would also advise doing compression tests after the engine is warm with both spark plugs out. You said it was getting worse , we don’t know if your compression is getting lower (due to bike leaning out & running hotter from that air system change , thus piston ring woes likely) . Maybe on rainy days , some wet air was sucked in to the engine over time (it looks exposed)
Just some thoughts here , keep us postedon that video situation

I will upload your old videos to Youtube (as unlisted so they won’t be found on youtube search) so it’s easier to play it. (not all android devices canplay “apple” files , so its easier uploading to the cloud drives and they will convert them for public play. Sorry for digressing
I still need to know what’s going on with the situation of restoring the original airbox system back on the bike?

You have either:
– Wiring issues (not enough juice flowing on the wires going the sensors mentioned in the tester thing you have) , new harness or remove it complete and clean every part of it with contact cleaner – do the same for the sensors connected to it.
You should have less errors. The ECU is annoyed hence it will keep cutting offAnd make sure even the battery is properly charged & the regulator is doing “Minimum” 14v to it (no less) (even if it’s idling)
Fuse boxes may be rusty too. Including relays.
Or
the parts themselves mentioned have issues / faulty (temperamental behavior). Ie, faulty coil means it works then it dies.
Or
ECU itself has gone faulty , I hope it doesn’t come to that!

That’s no good,ย ย ย too much rust = easy voltage drop (even a little)ย , we’ve been there.ย (or even a sensor somewhere else , having its resistance affectedย ย (ohms too low or too high on the wire, the ECU will trip)
Go under the bike and find your regulator rectifier, get pictures of it and also the connectors on your harness.
You have a long job but i am sure it will be worth it, you want “nothing electrical” to have rustย ,ย ย even down to theย red battery wires etc.
Hyosung tried but remember UK rains too much!

Looks aftermarket , interesting! – It should be bigger and all black but for some reason the bolts are both there, so it could be an earlier type before Hyosung updated itย (Yes, they are known to fail since 2001!)
Follow the plugs and check the connectors.
Also measure the bolt holes apartย ie….ย ย (0)_____40cm____(0)
I might do some upgrade version that makes sure it stays “14.5v” constant (no flactuations or droping to 13.5v)ย , although earlier carb models lived on 13.5V as they had way less electronics , but because you have fuel injection model with a lot of sensors , best to ensure it is 14.v in any revs
If it ever spikes above 14.8v while running = don’t ride it.ย ย That would be battery or regulator or stator on the way out (both worth together, so ie. a bad reg slowly kills the stator unit inside the flywheel crank)
Good luck though, it seems as though with the snow all over UK, put her indoors & work on it slowly.

I saw the video, it looks like its slow to rev up as it may be too cold.ย Now after 5-10 minutes hot,ย are both cylinders hot ?ย and is it riding better?
keep the original airbox & don’t fit the aftermarket one , it looks like its idling under 2,000 rpmย (which is the default) , that’s a good sign.
Next step.
idling = what is the voltage ?
At 5,000 rpm = what is the voltage ?
At 8,000 rpm = what is the voltage ?Regulator test, so i need all 3 figures above ^ before i comment further.

Hi Marcel, sorry if I haven’t responded these days, I’ve been very busy …..I checked the voltage these days and it seems stable the bike remains between 1,500/1,700 rpm, voltage 14-13.9 5,000 14.3v 8,000 14.4/14.6v however in the end the problem was the fuel pump relay which since I changed it the bike no longer turns off…..

I would also advise doing compression tests after the engine is warm with both spark plugs out. You have either:

keep the original airbox & don’t fit the aftermarket one , it looks like its idling under 2,000 rpmย (which is the default) , that’s a good sign.

Hi Marcel, sorry if I haven’t responded these days, I’ve been very busy …..I checked the voltage these days and it seems stable the bike remains between 1,500/1,700 rpm, voltage 14-13.9 5,000 14.3v 8,000 14.4/14.6v however in the end the problem was the fuel pump relay which since I changed it the bike no longer turns off…..
