Idle at 6k rpm comet GT 250 efi

Bike Model = : Comet 250 efi

Hi all i bought a non runner comet 250 efi it started but wouldnt rev it cut out i replaced the fuel pump and now it idles at 6k rpm any advice thank you

It could be a few things one I would check is the o2 sensor also the comet is really prone to bad connections which is something you need to go through first, the ics is another thing but I can’t state enough clean the connections I mean all you can find
