Hi all, new here but I was on the FB group a few years ago.
I’ve got a 2011 GT125R which has developed an issue: it is not getting fuel and idles high when it eventually runs (normally off carb cleaner) – I’m guessing it’s my front manifold, this felt loose and had a lot of play. You can lift it and see a gap between the inlet and the engine, presumably this is upsetting the Vacuum fuel system and creating an air leak.
I managed to get the bolts off (with a lot of WD40, heat and force). I’m going to try and fix it using washers and perhaps some glue/sealant if anyone can recommend any?
I bought a new one off ebay, however it’s shorter than mine and does not fit on the carb as a result… Could anyone help me identify why that is? It says GV125 F on it – is it off a newer model, or the Aquila perhaps? Photo attached. It will also be for sale of interested – £55 – which is what I paid.

That is for a GV-Aquila Hence it has a “–dash—” in the middle compared to yours
GV125 = Longer, for GT bikes. They have a bit airbox, carb must reach to it.
GV–125 = shorter , for aquilas , they have smaller airbox above the engine.Send us an email (contact at the very bottom of this forum page) about the manifolds, we can fix for you with our cnc man, as he has he own methods of sorting intake pipes he keeps to his chest , we’re fixing intake pipes this week anyways.
