hello everyone. I have had an Aquila 250 for 2 years now and I have been fixing some details such as tires, shock absorbers, nothing serious and I haven’t really used it much for reasons of money, time and work. At this moment I have stopped it because the insurance and the mechanical technician are very expensive although it is paid annually. I have another 150cc motorcycle which is the one I use almost daily and it is specifically for running errands, shopping, etc. Logically the Aquila is heavier, consumes more gasoline and is not the same when it comes to maneuvering between cars. I have wanted to sell the Aquila and the 150cc to buy another more reliable motorcycle, but when I see the Aquila I regret it because of how robust it is, because of its strength, speed and design that looks like a 650 cc, the spare parts here in Colombia are a little difficult to find and above all a good mechanic who knows them. For now here I will continue to dim it and I have the idea of changing the color, chrome some worn and rusty parts and fix the seat to make it more comfortable because it is very hard and really not as comfortable as it should be and as many say, as Maybe it’s poorly upholstered. I would like to know how I can buy spare parts with you and how they would be sent to Bogota, Colombia.

We got your email for parts; but welcome!
You said it. Aquila is pretty & robust.
You could slowly learn to fix her and rebuild her nicely and you become a good hyosung mechanic for your self
Hey your hands are “cost-free” labour and we have manuals all over the place online now 😉
Half of our members on this site have Aquilas. I own GVs too. I find them more comfy than GTR for everyday usage (GTR is just a summer toy now lol)
