I will dig around and upload it but you can always ask in the forum what specific parts are giving you trouble.
If its the harness = Easy, but very very very long job -> meter check each wire colour end to end to see if circuit is complete

Hi all.
Ive bought a used 2021 Hyosung gv125s. It has been neglected by the previous owner and i am trying to get it into shape. It has 12000 km. I did oil change, spark plugs, etc. I need to check the valve gaps, but no dealer/service in Poland has the values (or they dont want to tel) either way, a have 400km to nearest dealer and ther is no way im traveling that far 🙂 Can anyone can provide those values?
Thanks in advance.

I will make a special topic soon on the forum that has the service manuals in different languages as i am collecting them slowly and reading them for accuracy incase there is printing errors by who ever was writing the manuals for Hyosung lol

Thanks Marcel. Is the regulation like on one cylinder carb ones? By a screw?

Sorry 🙂 I mean adjustment. 😀

Sorry
I mean adjustment.
Yes it is like adjusting tappets on a HONDA CG125 , so the principle is very similar when you open your covers and you also see the CG125 , and also look at Yamaha YZR125 engine 2008

So that’s a big no go. There is no adjustment screw on the rockers.
I realy need that service manual now 🙁

Hmm…3 valves/cyl… Liquid-cooled, 6-sped-box, EFI? what else differs from the GT-engine? Is there a similar 250?

GT125R - sold. New (used): 2012-GT250R-efi (sold)+ 2017-GV-125C (sold) - got my old 2018-GT-125R back... 🙂

5 speed, unless You count the neutral. The new GV are 125 or 300 only to my knowledge.

Different specks on various sites… but I see it is an all new 60-degree V-engine, vs the older 75-degree…

Hyosung still makes 75 deg engines for 250cc for Japan only now (so far) aka GV250DR
All future 125cc vtwins are the same as the bobber 125 that has come out in 2019 , EFI and Liquid cooled.
300cc is the global replacement for 250cc , it is still 8 valves , but 125cc is 6 valves (strange) but i think they did it for cost cutting , ease of maintenance because 125cc is very popular in EU and UK , than the big sisters and I can see why have 1 central rocking arm (primitive tech) is easier than have 2 cam shafts with bearings on each cylinder like our old 125cc
I think our old 125cc was better but over-engineered!

Forget it! I found it on google! Even if it’s in English, it’ll do its job for me
Although if anyone finds it in Spanish I will be very grateful
