g’day, has anyone sourced the internal fork bushes to suit the 41mm USD forks?
my forks are 2010 & require both pairs of bushes.
thanks in advance

Bushes in some regions (funny enough) can actually be refered as dust seals and oil seals , unless do you have a picture of the actual part and ill confirm what you are saying or what happened to your old ones ?
Sorry i saw this late! -

nup, oil seals & dust seals are easy to find & are listed, but Hyosung don’t show these
attached is a Suzuki GSXR parts page & items #6 & #7 would be the items i’m after
excessive bushing wear is causing seal to leak.
a local suspension repairer says that he might be able to match them if i supply dimensions or samples.

If 6 and 7 are required, i don’t think Hyosung sells them anymore or makes them even though it is KAYABA that’s involved, i may have a suspicion your local guy will take your old forks and try to match up with other Kayaba parts used on other suzukis . If i’ve known Hyosung all these years , here in UK USD forks are pricy items! – So we try to fix them locally as much as we can.
