Hi. I’ve been in a low-speed crash a week ago on my hyo and almost everything on the right side is damaged. I’ve ordered used parts and they’ll arrive next week. Replacing the footpegs and the big right fairing seems easy, but my question is should I watch out for anything when disassembling and reinstalling the right handlebar and upper front fairing? Maybe there are some tricks I can use to make my job easier? Any help will be appreciated
PS: Is hyosungwholesale.com legit? They’ve got lots of new oem stuff…

This is a known scam site. I would avoid it, if any website has “blue and white background” , they are scammers.

Are you doing this or letting your mechanic it do it for you ? Since last time they serviced your bike ?
I would say do 1 small part at a time, this gives you time to learn how everything fits and how to put them back with replacements. Also try to upload pictures on here , if you are stuck on something because it will be easier to explain

Didn’t scam me, I accidentally bought something from this website without doing any research, the reviews didn’t look good, but the tracking number I was provided was actually working and the item was making it’s way to me, I bought a lock set for £52 and was resigned to losing it, it arrived 7 days later and was correct and working, so not a scam hyosungwholesale.com worked for me, can provide evidence lol

I’m doing this on my own, maybe with some help from my biker friends. My mechanic last serviced my bike about a year ago. I also recently bought a torque wrench, might come in handy when replacing the handlebar. I suppose I need to torque down important bolts after first ride since rebuild? I’ve heard that especially steering needs to get in place on its own. I’ll start the rebuild next weekend and I probably will update you on how it goes. I’ll post here if I have a problem with putting something together, cheers

I used that website once before 3weeks later no part so got money back, a mate used them same thing 🤔
I have found a lot of nice parts that fit my bike from the shop on here 😁
For your repairs check forks see if they are still straight that’s the biggest problem you might have , the rest is easy enough should be straight swap, check engine case for oil leaks, deep scratches etc have a check of wiring see if anything got damaged
