Gt125r, low compression, oily spark plug.

Right so bike was running well, now, bike seems to only want to run on front cylinder, checked both plugs, cylinder one looks oily wet and smells like petrol. Compression test on rear cylinder reads around 105psi cold throttle open, front cylinder is around 135psi. Anyone ever had this problem? Piston rings or valve seals?
