Can’t add picture to a post I wanted to create.

Try to add a random picture here or tell me the errors you get from the media uploader of this site ?

I do not know what the receptacle in the left side cover is. Th small bit on the keyring fits it and both have 2 elect contacts. Could it be an alarm?

 

Sorry about not getting this right 1st time. I was trying to drop the image directly into this space and not using the add media !

I would follow the wires that connect to it, but it is possibly an immobilizer or alarm system.   I am not too keen on them unless they use their own battery in secret.   And myself personally would not want it taxing the stator and regulator all the time.    If you investigate it privately , go see how its hooked up and perharps find a way to (creatively) give its own power source and charge it at home when it is low.  Be descreet 🙂

I think it must be an alarm or immobilizer. Trouble is it looks almost impossible to get to! Really don’t know what to do about it, but I suppose if it doesn’t affect me, leave it!
