Front cylinder not firing – GT650

Bike Model = : 2010 650 gtr

Ok I’ve had not many problems until yesterday. My bike isn’t firing on front cylinder. I’ve checked coils, leads and caps, getting about 20 ohms front and back. Why would it not fire on the front cylinder? Cheers Mark

Does the front even spark ?

If not ==> Put the REAR coil to the front and tell us if it sparks ?

Hi Marcel, it was the front cylinder. I tested the cap, it seemed to be working intermittently if that’s possible? Anyway I had another lying around and fixed it. I will change them to ngk soon.
