So their selling their GV650 in Sandown UK, below you will find the advert with their contact details and specs of the bike.
Hi. I’m selling my 2007 Hyosung Aquila GV650 cruiser with just 13,120 miles (verifiable via MoT history – SP07 FPJ). 72hp.
I am in the Isle of Wight; PO36 8QJ, but if purchasing I am prepared to bring it to Southampton or Portsmouth FOC.
I have had difficulty posting pics here but you can see lots more here in my Dropbox:
This is a great-looking, slightly different cruiser that stands out from the usual crowd. It’s not something you see every day, and it often gets people asking about it.
I’ve owned the bike since 2023 and have carried out a number of improvements and maintenance items:
Fully serviced using OEM parts (I keep a checklist of all work done) Carburettor cleaned and run on premium fuel – now idles and runs smoothly. Front forks stripped, restored, and fitted with new seals. Replacement engine side casing (for cosmetic improvement). The radiator has been replaced. Indicator warning buzzer fitted. Adjustable foot peg setup (suits different rider heights – alternative gear linkage bar included). Regular anti-rust treatment applied. The rear shocks were mentioned at the last MoT but damping effect seems perfect to me with no ‘bouncing’ effect.Whilst not showroom condition, the bike has clearly been well cared for and is always kept in a heated garage.
Only selling due to developing mild carpal tunnel symptoms, which unfortunately doesn’t mix well with riding.
At 220kg, it’s a solid cruiser but still manageable – not as heavy as larger Harleys or big Triumphs. Includes workshop manual.
Full UK motorcycle licence required (not suitable for A1/A2).
Priced at £1,700 here, but £1800 elsewhere. Open to sensible offers.
I believe this represents excellent value for a 650cc cruiser in this condition. Thanks for looking. Andrew – call 0781 5036943
