Electrical fault? -GT650N EFI

Hello everyone.
Someone give me some advice.
The starting problem of my engine (Hyosung GT650n EFI) is solved, but now something new has appeared.
When I turn the key, there is a sound as if the stall indicator is flashing (knocking sound).
The sound stops when I remove the diode near the fuses from the back.
What could be the problem?

I should add that the motora led index and I installed a lamp.
So far there has been no problem with it.
Maybe the problem was that I washed it in front of him?

If you have LED indicators , you will need 3Pin LED relay.

If LED relay is faulty ; replace it.

If you have standard bulbs, (original hyosung indicators, then let us know?)

It has LED displays, a 3-pin LED relay has been replaced with a new one.
However, when I remove the zener diode, the problem does not occur.
There is an index left and right.
Only there is no jam indicator.
