ECU FLASH TUNE. GT650R

hi all, I have developed a flash tune for the delphi ecu gt650/gt650r. This is a performance tune tailored around a high flow air filter and sports muffler/can.

The stock bike on the dyno made 64-65hp / 43ftlb. After fitting the exhaust and air filter, and countless hours tuning correct air fuel ratios, ignition timing and all other restrictions the bike made a healthy. 71.5hp and 48.5ftlb

Hey Brad, Will it work on the gv650?

I’m pretty sure it will work on the gv650. The only difference in the ecu between gt650 and gv650 is slightly different fueling due to different airbox’s and exhaust. I want to try my tune on a gv650 and see if it needs any tweaking. Then I can release a remap/reflash for them.

Only problem I have found for the gv650 is no aftermarket high flow air filter is available. So a custom job may be required.

The airbox of the GV650 is different from the GT650,  and thus the SV650 won’t even fit either sadly
