So i ordered some parts from Hyosung.eu
Unfortunatly they forgot the O-Ring seal of the outer clutch cover (the one looking like mickey mouse)
I had an idea and made one of 2 small ones for the oil holes and a long one from volvo penta IPS drive by cutting and gluing it together wich worked fine
Saddly it was too thick what i saw before cover installation but didnt have a thinner one and base on base could not touch and the cover ripped where the bolt goes
So now my question is for the Hyo guru Marcel or from you fellas if the cover fits from carb models too ,bcs it looks 1:1 same but the list it as carbie model
The old ones are bit different on the outer Part without a balk but some are same as the efi ones ,im a bit confused and since the season is in full mode i dont want to wait for it from s. Korea 2 months to arrive so im in contact with a dude in Germany but the fittment scares me a bit
Saddly ge has not the seal but if it fits i will get a thinner one and make a tutorial how to make the oring seal (without braking the cover 😅)
Cheers ✌️

Hyosung uses the same EFi clutch covers for all EFi models, but they come grey or black.
But the GV650 is “chrome” , and is thicker but should not affect anything as Hyosung did not change O-rings since 2006.
There is some guy from ukraine on ebay making GV650 gaskets , ask him to do just the “clutch only” , he may post one for you to try, since ukraine is a little closer to you than South Korea.
But yes it is a good idea to have the original o-ring gasket as future backup.
