Hey guys it’s me again 😬
went to check valve clearance the other day was struggling to get top dead centre as I couldn’t get into flywheel case or looking hole open, previous owner had tightend bolts beyond belief, looking for marks on cam and my dumbass too the brackets off the cam while turning the engine, long story short I need to re set cam so timing is correct can anyone give me any advice on how to do this 👍🏻 cheers again Ollie

You will need to get the service manual which goes in deep detail, get either GV250 or GV125 (same timings) , on this forum or check ManualsLIB website , you will see cartoon diagrams with it too. Hope this helps and please take your time, as 1 tiny (i mean tiny) error means your valve will hit a piston = new parts time.
