Hi Guys 🙂
I wanted to install some mirrors directly on the handlebars of the Bobber GV125S, but the grips are covered. Has anyone already done it? Should I cut off the end of the handle? Will the handlebar then have the hole to fit the mirror? Or, how can I remove the grips before cutting just to see if the mirrors fit?
Thanks

It should be okay to slide a small section of the rubber grip off , because i am sure the bars for hyosung are “hollow” inside to allow mods like “Bar Ends”
They “always” had Factory Bar ends on their older GV bikes and older GT bikes. It was only the GTR (sports bikes) that had “solid” clip on bars that did not allow bar ends to be fitted.
So think if you slice the rubber ends off , you should be OK. But i would advise to buy some spare “grip rubbers” for throttle and clutch incase the old ones are being difficult. I doubt Hyosung uses “pro-taper” grips anyway.

Hi Tiago,
did you mange to fit bar end mirrors to your bike, I’d like to do the same, if you have any recommendations for what mirrors are compatible and the process for fitting them that would be great.
Thanks,
Nik

Handlebar is hollow, i’ve installed weights, Just had to cut out the end of the grips to match the diameter inside the bar with enough space for the accel grip to move free, will post pictures tommorow.
