Bike won’t start – 2008 efi gv250

Bike Model = : 2008 efi gv250
Hi all, looking for some advice my bike was running well then out of the blue it stopped and won’t start, the fuel pump is running and I’ve checked various points and fuel is being pumped through the system starter cranks strongly. I’ve put a new battery on and checked for a spark and it doesn’t seem very strong. Occasionally it will get close to firing but just not catch i was wondering if it could be the ignition coil packs any advice will be very welcome.

It could be the coil packs going out and also the HT caps, here is a tutorial to test them (It says 125 but instructions are the same for 250 EFi)
