Arcing from cylinder 2 – Gt125r

I have an arcing noise, ticking noise coming from cylinder 2, cylinder 2 does not have the ticking arcing noise, both cylinders are running but after revving the bike, it cuts engine off. Could thus be a failed coil issue or ground? Thank you for all your help Marcel

That would be a failing HT Lead CAP (the black thing that connects to spark plugs) NGK is heavily suggested and magnecor HT wires.
