Hi friends,
My Text was translated by Google:
Hello girls and boys, I have an aquila 250gv 2004 and the following problem. In general, I’ve always had starting problems and always have to start it twice after it turns on the first time and then turns off again straight away. That doesn’t bother me much, but recently it suddenly switches off in the middle of the journey, when I’m standing at the traffic light after about 20 minutes, and has difficulty turning back on again. Usually accompanied by the phenomenon that it no longer seems to take on gas while driving. It seems as if only one piston is running. The machine is old and so I would report it to the workshop until the end, if only because the finances are a bit too tight š But I don’t really know what or how exactly I should look for a fault. From the noise to the problem, everything is the same, the pump is running, etc. Even if it goes off and can no longer be started, the pump runs as usual. Candles are dry and plugs are tight at first glance. How would you, as a borrower, try to track down the error or perhaps someone knows the error pattern and can help directly?

Maybe the fuel pump is working but acting faulty because.
Or maybe the fuel pump needs a strainer (it is like a filter attached to it) is clogged with many particles.
If you have fuel that is E10Ā , throw it away and useĀ E5 petrol because our older EFi machines do not like E10 petrol.
Also change the spark plugs one more timeĀ , and only use CR8EĀ (sometimes old plugs will be problematic to create stable sparks)
The ECU is working , soĀ turn the key on & off 3x , and wait for the “Red FI” light to flash.
When the FI light is flashing ,Ā Ā count the number of flashes.
For exampleĀ Ā 10 blinksĀ (pause)Ā 5 blinksĀ (pause)Ā 5 blinks (pause)Ā 1 blinkĀ = This creates error code from ECU called 10-5-5-1 and we can find this error in the service manual to tell you which part is faulty.

Hi,
Thank you.
I checked for code several times but light is not flashing. Is there a code only when ist happening or is there aĀ memory?
The plugs are nearly new, 05/2023. But I think I could check with one new one.
I always use E5, never E10.
Is there a way to check fuel pumps acting, electronic or its filter? When I shake my tank fuel seems clear.
