2019 Hyosung gv125s – need help with that this part is called

I am stuck on what this part is called. The manual doesnt help at all the bolt they just call an exhaust bolt which i remove to help drain the coolant from the other side of the engine. The problem i have is leaking coolant from this part at the top of the front engine block . ive tried putting gaskets and gasket sealant on but still leaking so needs to be replaced  as i think the threads have gone and the coolant sneaks past the bolt. Ive also tried rethreading the hole and using thread lock but still no luck. Had  a look on sinnis parts but i cant see it visually.
