Welcome!
We do have a fair few on here from the North that’s for sure , it’s good to have you and i hope the 650 is treating you well. They are nice vtwins!
In terms of luggage, that’s a hard sell as there is so many variations on amazon now days we would ask:
– Does it matter that needs to be soft or hard?
– Does it need to have a small capacity (can fit maybe 3-6x stella cans in one size)
or we talking extendable ones that can likely fit half the house if they dared ? It deepends on how much you want to carry on the bike when you go away ?// Meditation doesn't mean you have to sit still....

Cheers for that , is there a rack to fit a top box on that is compatible with a 650, i would use that with saddle bags and a bigger bag as well, i do a lot of hill walking in Scotland so i take a lot of equipment but i have always managed it on my bike.
Maybe i should have bought something more appropriate but i got this bike for an absolute steel .

I would keep her , trust me , i know someone with a 650 in Midlands that actually went extra
Tank Bag, Side Panniers, Top Rear Tail Bag, all were extendable textiles.
You could look in to something like a short tail bag that straps to the seat (if not carrying pillions) or roll bag that converts in to a backpack as you take it off.
Oxford is known to do this for their tank bags but mind the scratches of paint on tank!
I can always get a rack to mount a top box probably through Sinnis (Real Hyosung UK , under license) , i would not touch the sites that look blue/white as all scammers anyways. Good thing i’ve made this one purposefully dark.

Hi
Also located in the NE of Scotland, but completely other end of the biking spectrum to you…about 2 months and less than 100 miles experience on a 125!
But looking forward to the spring and summer evenings!
Sorry, nothing useful to add to the question on the rack 🙂

Cheers , hope your getting on ok with the 125, we all had to start some where , if i had a 2017 model i could get a rack no probs , got a huge stuffa bag so it looks like thats coming out of the locker soon, looking at saddle bags , just bought a bigger screen , fender extender and an oiler for the chain, bark buster hand guards are on the list as well , if i see you on the road remember to nod or wave , cheers
