Hyosung gv250 2013 model

I just recently brought a hyosung gv 250 second hand with no battery

New battery has been placed in an f1 or fI code is displaying when I have by pasted how to read code it comes up with cHE on display I don’t know what this means or how to go about fixing this as I no mechinc and this is the very first bike I have owned

Also no where in my small town does services for hyosung as no one has the code reader to reset codes

There is also now the problem of something draining my battery with out the bike being turned on or anything

Please help
