GTRPersonally no, but ask them if they have an ebay or Amazon Channel , like we do anyways. Based in france would mean they would have some kind of French Address in the browser bar eg. .fr instead .uk

Nominet is the UK authority for using .uk addresses but the website lives in france via OVH FR.
So in a nutshell, i think they are in France but some information is not public,
Sorry i wasn’t much help in my experience using them, perhaps them using PayPal must be something to consider but as with online spaces , just be wise out there 🙂
