Can you possibly try again as if its “1___11____1___11___ That would be a C12 in the service manual for example,  there is usually one long blink first,   unless you mean it’s a C18 code for sure ?

If in doubt, check out the service manual for the EFi bikes that’s been uploaded a while back at “Manuals Section” of this forum, if not, just let us know and ill reupload but i believe the links should be fine.
